Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Applies to: trytoky.com

1. Who you're dealing with

This site is run by TOURINGTUNES Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. Contact: hello@trytoky.com.

We publish this because we think you should be able to find out who is behind a website that asks for your details. Not everyone in this market does.

2. What this site currently is

A description of a product we are building, plus two forms that let you tell us you're interested.

What it is not, yet:

  • It is not a live service. Nothing can be bought, sold or earned here today.
  • Joining the waitlist is not a contract, an account, or a promise that we will accept you.
  • Nothing on this site is an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

3. What the numbers on this site mean

The site shows figures — rates per 10,000 views, an earnings calculator, example screens.

All of them are illustrative. They come from our own experience on other platforms and from publicly visible competitor listings, and we've documented where each one comes from. They are not a forecast of what you would earn, and they are not a price list.

Specifically:

  • The earnings calculator is arithmetic on numbers you choose. It is not a projection. What anyone actually earns will depend on factors none of us can predict from this page.
  • Product screenshots show sample data, not a real account.
  • Prices shown for labels are indicative while we finalise our plans.
  • Payout methods, fees and minimums are shown to explain how the model will work. We have not yet signed a payment provider, so the specific values will change.

If a figure on this site turns out to be wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.

4. The waitlist

  • Give us accurate details. If the email is wrong we can't reach you.
  • One entry per person. Submitting the same email again updates your entry rather than creating a second one.
  • Being on the list doesn't guarantee access. We are opening country by country and reviewing sign-ups.
  • You can ask to be removed at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Our content

The text, design, layout and brand on this site belong to us. Don't copy the site wholesale or pass it off as your own.

You're welcome to quote us, link to us, or screenshot a page to discuss it. We'd rather you did that than not.

6. Third parties we mention

Where we describe how other platforms work — TikTok's rules, what competing services charge, regulatory decisions — we're describing publicly available information as we understood it at the time, and we cite it. Those descriptions may become out of date. They are not statements about those companies made with their involvement or approval.

TikTok is a trademark of its owner. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok.

7. Liability

We provide this site as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude — including harm to life, body or health, and liability under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If any term conflicts with a right you have under Polish or EU consumer law, that right wins.

8. Governing law and disputes

Polish law applies.

If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply regardless of this clause.

We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive class actions. Much of this market does; we've read those terms and decided against it.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. What's still to come

Before the marketplace opens, these will be published separately:

  • Regulamin for the service (mandatory under UŚUDE art. 8)
  • Creator terms — including the requirement to disclose paid posts, how earnings are calculated and when they can be reversed
  • Marketer terms — including who holds funds and what happens to money that is not spent
  • A revised Privacy Policy covering accounts, payouts and any analytics

Using this site today does not commit you to any of those.

10. Changes

We'll update the date at the top when we change these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
