toky
  for labels, artists and distributors

Pay for views.
Not for
promises.

Put a budget behind your sound. Creators post with it, you pay per view delivered — and when a video comes down, the money comes back to you. A flat subscription, and nothing taken out of the budget itself.

Where your $2,000
actually goes.

The incumbent takes its cut off the top, before a single view lands. We charge a flat subscription and take nothing from the budget.

A real receipt, July 2026 — we ran the campaign ourselves. A 14% fee on top of the budget, taken before a single view landed.

Plus your monthly plan, flat. At one campaign a month a percentage fee is cheaper; from two upward we are, and the gap widens the more you run.

02
how it works

Four things we do
differently.

01

Deleted videos come back to you

We re-check every video daily. If one is deleted or made private after posting, the unpaid earnings for it are reversed and released back into your budget — you were never charged for them. In a campaign we audited in July 2026, one creator had been credited for 69 videos — 3 were still live.

02

Views verified against the sound

We enumerate each approved creator's account directly and match videos to your sound ID — including the sped-up and slowed variants if you add them. Not a bulk scrape that quietly misses posts.

03

Nothing runs unfunded

A campaign can't go live until the budget is reserved or received. Creators are never posting against a budget that doesn't exist — which is why good ones take a funded campaign over a stranger's.

04

You're charged for delivery, not up front

Money moves through regulated payment providers — on the way in and on the way out. We only ever draw what creators have actually earned. We hold the ledger of who is owed what, not a pile of your money.

03
what you see

Your campaign, mid-flight.

Spend, delivery and the deletion ledger on one screen — so "what did my money buy" has an answer you can forward to someone.

04
pricing

A subscription,
not a cut.

Because we don't take a percentage, our incentive is that your campaign works and you run another — not that you spend more.

05
questions

Straight answers.

How do I know the views are real?+

We enumerate each approved creator's TikTok account every day through a third-party analytics API and match their videos to your sound ID. You see the per-day figure recorded for each video, so the number is auditable rather than a total we assert. Views on TikTok are still TikTok's numbers — what we can promise is that we check them daily and show our working.

What stops a creator posting, getting paid, then deleting?+

Nothing stops them posting and deleting — but they don't keep the money. Videos are re-checked daily; if one disappears or goes private, unpaid earnings for it are reversed and returned to your budget. We wait a short grace period first so a temporary glitch doesn't punish an honest creator.

Do I pay the whole budget up front?+

Two options, and we confirm which one applies to you before you commit. Card: we reserve the budget and charge as views are delivered, so an under-delivering campaign costs you less than the full amount — availability depends on your card and country. Bank transfer: you send the budget up front and anything unspent is refunded when the campaign ends.

Who holds the money in between?+

Regulated payment providers, on both sides. On card, the budget stays reserved on your card until views are delivered; we draw only what's been earned and pass it to creators. We're a software company, not a bank — we don't want to sit on your money any longer than it takes to pay the people who earned it.

What if the campaign underperforms?+

You pay for the views you got. Unspent budget is simply never charged, and there's no penalty for a campaign that doesn't take off — that's the point of buying by the view instead of a flat influencer fee. What we can't promise is a specific view count; anyone who does is guessing.

Can I run sped-up and slowed versions?+

Yes. Add the variant sound IDs to the campaign and views on all of them count toward the same budget. Variants often pick up their own traction, so a campaign that only tracks the original can miss them.

Are these posts marked as advertising?+

Yes. Every creator must enable TikTok's commercial-content disclosure and label the caption before the video counts toward your campaign — no disclosure, no payment, no charge to you. This is standard under EU advertising rules and increasingly under the DSA, and it protects you as much as us: undisclosed paid promotion is enforced against the advertiser, not just the creator. Poland's regulator fined one advertiser over 5 million złoty for exactly this in 2023.

Which countries can your creators be in?+

We're opening market by market, driven by where we can pay creators reliably. The creator communities we recruit from are concentrated in South-East Asia, Latin America and Africa — high-volume editors with strong view-per-video numbers. Tell us your target audience and we'll be straight about whether we can serve it yet.

We're onboarding labels
one at a time.

Deliberately. Every early campaign gets set up with us directly, so the first one works instead of teaching you the product the hard way.
